If the East was the premier conference then how come they lost in the finals last year? Everyone underestimates the teams in the Western Conference because most of them stay low and don't post in here. Thats the only reason I see the Eastern Conference getting so much attention.

Before I continue, I'd like to reiterate that I think Tecmo is a very good team. but...
v Spartans - 75.5 yd TD with 1:28 to get a 4 pt win. out yarded by 30 - were it not for that TD, the yardage difference would have been substantial.
v Bullies - two TDs of 96.5 and 78.5 yds in 3rd quarter. other than those two plays, held to about 160 yds overall. win by 4.
v GSA - win by 1. outgained again and another late TD to win.
First, they should get credit for beating three of the top teams in the West. While a win is a win when it comes to the standings, Tecmo strikes me as a team with luck on their side. Better to be lucky than good? Sure.
Still, very good team. I just think they're probably the 4th or 5th best team in the conference as opposed to the 2nd best.
However, that's what the playoffs are for, no? Speculation beforehand and time to prove it on the field, er SIM.
