He is a joke! He beat us with his legs in the finally seconds!!!! He is like a running back who can sorta throw! I hate vince young and he will not do shit in the nfl! He can't throw the ball when the pressure is on him. He is over rated and Matt Leinhert (sp) will win a super bowl before vince young does!

Just curious how many playoff games have each of those guys seen so far? Looks like Vince Young has already come closer. Leinart can't even secure a starting spot over a washed up one year wonder (Warner).

Who gives a shit what he did in college. Eric Crouch was awesome in college. Danny Wuerffel was awesome in college. This is the NFL, not college.
Maybe I'm wrong, but UT isn't exactly a QB factory, is it? He completed 65% of his passes his final year at UT. It's not like that's an amazing feat in college.

I am not going to pass judgement on him just yet. I agree he isn't what I would want as QB for my team. That said, he made the playoffs in his second season, where it took Joe Montana 4 seasons, on what could quite possibly be considered one of the greatest teams in the history of the NFL (TN isn't even the best in their division), and his stats these first two years are very comparable to what is most likely the greatest QB in NFL history (John Elway). TN hurt themselves financially trying to buy a Superbowl. They are just now recovering from that debacle. Once they have an opportunity to surround Vince with some talent, he will do fine. I don't believe he will ever be a Hall of Fame QB, but he isn't ever going to cost TN a Superbowl.
