I don't see 11% as a thing that exists. If you read the entire sentence in context, the bonus is variable from 0% for 0 plays up to 6% for 15 plays. 13 plays is 5.2% to break even. 10 plays would get you 4%, which would probably be a net loss unless your dot is taking morale/energy hits, that happen to work out.
Completely doable for a QB and that's about it. Just call more runs in the 1st quarter. EZ PZ
