Mvp equip also gets a +1 to a SA tree I think, for whatever that's worth.

I'd still take Rampage over Vader, interesting choices but I like the flexibility of RNG's build better. He was 32 sacks, 38 hurries, and had 0 misses in run support (1 on a Turn Shoulder), and a lot of those games was HEAVILY demoralized bc I suck at coordinating.
Not familiar with that dot, care to link? Sounds like a swell guy!

Diminishing value after 11 to myself means it isn't worth the investment. To each their own though.

they are successful despite the wasted SP/AE

Where's your proof?
Believing you should "never" take a SA past 11 is a religion, not a science. You've read scripture from dot-god, and choose to interpret it in a way that is different from both what was written and the context it was written from.

More is always more. It doesn't really matter if it's a little more or a lot more. As long as there's no upper limit, if some is good, more is better.

To me. More isn’t always worth the investment of more. I feel this is true in this case but only a feeling
If you buy one lottery ticket you have 30 million chances to lose. If you buy 100 tickets to have 29,999,900 chances to lose. The money isn’t worth the value added. Same with my understanding of SAs after 11. Better putting those points somewhere else IMO but I don’t know nothing.

It's like you and your friend getting chased by a bear in the woods.
You're probably not going to outrun the bear, but a tiny bit of speed might allow you to outrun your friend

diminishing returns is an interesting subject, I'm currently a fan of tripling up on OL %Hold Block AEQ despite the impact going down. I could see doing something similiar on the DL too really.

Mathematically, if you aren't taking any SA's past 10/11, it's very very hard for +3% hb% or +3% bb% to not be worth it as a 3rd AE peice over using it on any SA.
+3% str/blk/spd/agi (post equipment) on your hold block roll, intrinsically has to be worth more than the max 5+5+4+4+3+3 = 24 SP's you get from a SA.
For dline, it matters if you're going 3AE or 4AE, since most are looking for 2x make tackle% along with 2x bb% at least.

WK15 Darth Vader had another solid 2 sack, 2 hurry, 1 INT forced game.

INT forced: https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=50681&pbp_id=807055
On the year (through 15 games) that brings him up to:
27 Sacks (leads Pro)
33 Hurries (leads Pro)
4 INT forced on hurries by my count
#2 in Pro2B D-MVP race
On 14.7 ppg this season
He's averaged 1.8 sacks/game over the last 5, with 1+ in each.

Darth Vader finished the regular season with a respectable Pro-leading 28 Sacks and 35 Hurries despite the jailor of a DC only allowing 15 plays/game.
However in the playoffs, my boy Vader had perhaps his best game yet in a close win over the Orlando Prime Timers.
3 sacks (leading to 3 punts)
https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=50681&pbp_id=807055
https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=54700&pbp_id=936569
https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=54700&pbp_id=936805
2 hurries, one of which was a game-sealing hurry->INT
https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=54700&pbp_id=936965
And his first career tackle in coverage since the DC still thinks he's Champ Bailey
