yeah, last year only the team owner could vote. one player for each starting spot. no players on your own team. and only for your own conference.

And, when doing pro bowl voting, look at who made it last year because in real life it is easier to get in if you have already been selected before.

I think we should make a post and have all team owners just submit there votes in the post so we can see who everyone voted for

and ballots should be private so other owners aren't influenced...

I will tally the votes if all the owners send me the ballots. We just need to state a format before hand.

sounds good except for shynez weird nosiness

I'm not going to waist my time voting, takes a couple hours, if afterwords I have to defend all of my votes as well

Well, I think most would be subjective, close calls would probably lean twords your team becasue you know them better. Much more fair selection when you don't have invested interest in who is picked.

Just tell me the rules and I will live by them.

No, just being realistic at what they do in real life. And Dunlap has almost no shot at repeating because he was benched midway through the season although he puts up better numbers than the starter does in limited minutes.
