Agility as well.

It's interesting, as my best performing G in WL was one who had FS as the bonus: http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4317377

dont think i couldve pushed agi much higher without hurting SAs.

i also dont care for having too much more speed tbh. the G took out the DT and our FB would take the LB. great ground and pound team.

That is indeed interesting--I've had notable OCs speak out about how much they hate to see FS on a OL build.

me too

I loved FS on my guards but then everyone started wanting pummel/aura or most everyone

might have been tackles where FS caused the issue - backing up too quick on a passing play and letting defenders through to the QB too easily

Did you have Pulling Linesman as well? I loved watching those replays when it fired. Pummel/Aura was the reason I stopped having FS on my G's as well.

Me too, though I've only built the G position on the OL.

I remember those G's. I've seen speed pushed to around 85, but not many to 90. I bet that made a huge difference when pulling. I always wished I'd invested into Pancake with my G which would have helped with the second phases after the initial pull.

The best guard I ever created had 87 speed, 74 vision, and 68 confidence...

I think, as far as speed is concerned, you really have to have a Blocking FB type thought when building and then subtract a little more. A BFB needs just enough speed to engage a block BEFORE the HB (or RQB) gets there. If he's not fast enough... then he's worthless since the RB shoots past him before he can do anything useful. If he's TOO fast then you've wasted X-number of SP's and training time on that skill where those SP's and training could be used elsewhere making the dot much better.
In the end, I generally shoot for somewhere between 75 and 85 speed and usually closer to the 80-75 range. I've found that makes the O-lineman fast enough to pull for blocks and engage in some downfield blocks... while still building plenty of his more valuable skills like strength, blocking, agility, and vision.

speed is more important than vision for O line
