There's been no such announcement that it only takes one first round win to stay up. It's understandable that you hope for one given that it's your only hope of staying.

Last I heard was more or less what I sent you, that it will be the League and Conference champs, then it would go by playoff wins, playoff games played, then regular season record, points allowed, etc. if needed.

If that changes, or if it ends up being something completely different, I'd expect to see an official announcement.

The only thing we have from eucrid is him saying the last time he talked to bort it was by conference champs > playoff wins > playoff appearance > record. It'd be very nice if they'd make a formal announcement since it should be very easy, but as we know GLB isn't exactly run perfectly. So I agree who knows how it'll ultimately go, but last word from bort was playoff wins > regular season record, which means 4 round 1 winners and the highest seed that lost in round 1.

Honestly (and not the anyone will listen to me) I think it should go two teams in conference championship game > regular season wins. That way the best teams (top 3 seeds) are auto in, but you also get two squad who went on nice playoff runs which is a good mix.

Pretending I am using wishful thinking when simply going by what an admin last heard from bort, is a moronic viewpoint. Of course this view is fitting given you are a moron.

Though I do appreciate you agreeing that the Hedgehog Mafia is a scary team for anyone in round 1. Your agreement is clear by your avoidance of that point.

Oh and just to add, pretending at 0-2 my team has no chance at a top 4 seed is lolcats as fuck btw. But whatevs.

This is the World League. Any WL playoff team can beat any other WL playoff team, but puffing your chest out and pretending that anyone is scared of you is just as dumb and pathetic as your "CHICAGO MIDGET HEDGEHOG MAFIA IS GLOBAL RANK #1" thread. You're overcompensating for your insecurity about legitimate WL vets looking down on you for your very, very long history of failure. You'll never be one of us, no matter how much you pretend that the WL still means what it used to. In this league you will always be defined by your failures, and no amount of posturing will change that.

Whether you want to consider me a true WL vet vs someone that doesn't count based on arbitrary lines in the sand, I guess that's your choice to make as someone who's evaded logic and decency in glb's lolforums for years. It is s47. What is now matters, but feel free to reminisce of the good ole' days and records that people no longer playing the game did.

If every GLB thread I've ever made is me overcompensating for something, I must have a micropenis and believe I am the worst GLBer on earth. Thx for clearing that up. Glad to see jdbololick is back in full force. Maybe you'll be able to beat my team in the WL playoffs some day, I'm really rooting for you buddy. Since you are an awesome WL vet, and I'm a noob who just happens to have more WL seasons in the last 10 than you, I'm p sure you'd beat us in the WL playoffs for the first time ever, and then finally be able to even up your noname team's WL record vs the Hedgehogs.
