friend of mine mentioned it, how can I keep this interesting. Do I need to buy a team as well or create a couple "dots" seems a little slow.

If you buy a team now, buy a pee wee team. You can mess up a pee wee team and no one cares. Making dots only can be a little slow. My favorite part of the game Is the forums tbh.

Trying to get into it all I suppose, just hard stepping in and trying to understand everything or what to even do. I've been reading a lot about building dots that's about it.

have you tried mightybrawlers?

Buy a pee wee team or casual if you want to experiment with ownership. Cost is 400 flex instead of 1,000. Then make the jump to regular team if you feel like you're ready. Pee wee would be my first choice as a new player though.

Don't read about building dots. The path towards high level successful dotbuilding is boring and nonsensical. If you learn to build "good dots" before fostering a genuine love of GLB itself, you will quit GLB within a week.

As such, since you are the only new member and the hope of our empire rests on your decisions, I implore you to stop learning about building dots.

that is so true. i dont know how many people that i got to try glb, until i tried to explain the right way to build dots.

I'm a math guy so all the numbers and math don't bother me. If I buy a pee-wee team which league should I select? Should I read a ton of pee-wee forums and find an active league?

Don't buy a pee wee gold team. Expect the league forums to be ded.

Get into coordinating. There are plenty of teams who are willing to give a coordinator job to even a complete newbie. And the best thing about coordinating is that it doesn't cost any flex ( so I guess it's the marketed free-to-play aspect of glb ).
