There is a group of long-time, knowledgeable agents who have all been asked by tpat to come together and put together a pool of dots from which they will vote to determine who will get into the HoF. Preference is given to dots who perform in the top leagues.

Well what's also retarded is how heavily MVP and HOF is slanted towards WRs that put up big stats.
