The elusive back tree is SO good. I actually think that you can train Quick Cut up the way you've been training Head Fake and get similar, if not better results.

I think somebody should try that. Build a HB and get Quick Cut to 9 by level 6 or 7, focusing on Agility with a little speed.

That would be brilliant. Because then, if THAT works, you could get QC up to 9-10, and then when it stops being as effective, you can get HF up to there. When that loses its effectiveness, FS. Then Juke, then Spin. It would actually work the way Bort had intended it.

I really wish I had more flex points. I'd be willing to do this experiment if I did.

EDIT: I retired a couple of players, and now I have enough flex points to do this. I just posted a topic on it. Support is appreciated.

Update:

only 4 carries for 28 yards this game. Still a 7 YPC avg though. My D-league team was behind and didn't run a lot. Plus I'm second string.

not to hijack the thread, but look at me and the replays from my thread here:

you have 1 more in headfake than me, but you have way too little agility for it to work

Are you running on Elusive or Combo?

My little RB is doing very well, he just had a 60 yard TD run in his last game. I have him equipped with all custom gear as well. Right now I'm splitting between HF and Juke, right now I have a 5-7-5-7-3 special build with 40 agility. I'm gonna boost him before the playoffs to try and get the abilities to 8 and his agility to around 50 if I can

My guy is running elusive. Had his first "bad" game yesterday, 11 carries 37 yards 3.4 AVG 1 TD. Boosted his agility up 5 points with his level up.

I have a RB with 6 in Quick cut, I plan on boosting him next season and giving him another 3 into QC. He will have 9 in QC 4 in head fake and 60 agility, along with 37 vision. So we will see how it works.
