Okay so if you are a team owner and you have a rookie team and the guys who have offered to create a HB for you can't, then you go to the marketplace to find a lvl 1 HB and guess what....there is only one available.

So where are all the others that have been built? There aren't any because no one wants to build them that can't do it a free player.

If you are going to put in place a league set up that is dependent on age and level, then the judgement of demand should be based on that as well. I can guarantee you there aren't 2227 level 1 HB out there.

I think what is needs to be...instead of looking at the HB pool as a whole it should look and see how many are at lvl 1-4 and base it off that. I hadnt thought of that but i like it....now lets see if we can get a change, oh wait theres this thing called GLB2! LAME

You can't create demand for just 1 position, because a HB needs about 15 other positions to be created in proportionate numbers just to have a team to join after his first season - lest he spend his entire career in the CPU leagues (which kind of defeats the whole point of creating him in the first place).

There is a reason there is only 4 Prep leagues combined between the Tournament and Casual leagues. They simply don't have enough of all the positions other than QB or HB to fill more leagues. So we scrap demand, everyone makes free HB's, all we have done is create a different problem, the masses screaming there is nowhere for their free HB to play. Lets face it, nobody makes a HB to pawn CPU leagues for their entire career - do they?
