return specialist should not be on the list - should be your bonus SA that you just fill with SP - Spin or Juke is late in the Elusive tree and you are better served using AE there

spin is my SA that i got when i slelected one for free. Return spec. is the middle one of the second row of SA's/

well for a CB that is fine - most of us are talking about Elusive HB's since they give you the best end build for a returner

^ That is order of impotance I would give a CB returner , but BT% always #1 , rest can be swapped around IMO (as in I may take the return specialist and fake chance before Juke if I land them on rolls)

If you are building a CB returner, then you need to get Juke as a second bonus SA and have your order go:

+5% BT
+5% Fake
+5% NF
Return Spec
Spin/Juke

Ideally, you'll run the top four and your CEQ into Fake %. You could also consider doubling up on Fake or BT%, using your CEQ into the other, and pushing your SAs only with SPs, essentially ending with:
+22.5 % Fake Chance
+21% BT Chance
+15% NF Chance

10 Spin, 10 Juke, 8+ RS. You'll have to take lower attributes to get there, but you'll already have some lower attributes due to taking the .4 major archetype.
