Obviously you can't rock with 25 vision (you might be able to maybe), but I hate nothing more than seeing a receiver with more than 70 vision.
As far as agility, I think any defender who isn't on the Line, or a blitzer should have higher vision than agility, especially in coverage. The guys who do vision 2nd and agility 3rd have much better stats in man coverage (in general) as far as receptions allowed to targets. There are only a few times when agility should be the 2nd or 1st attribute in dot building.
Also, you are all forgetting the rules of the thread.

It isn't about whether you can rock with 25 vision or 75 vision. It is about faking and how well your fakes take. Higher vision helps that. I personally love it if a Slot guy can rock 70 vision as long as it doesn't push his other skills down too much.
In terms of agility, people talk a lot about this, but there is a distinct difference in routes between a guy pushing 70 agility and a guy rocking 90. The only way I would take a WR with less than mid 80's agility is if he is like 170+ speed and full of fakes. But that is for specific routes only. TE the same thing but I would never be able to use a guy with sub par agility in my current offense at TE.
