It depends on what else you want to do. If you're fooling with jumping then stop a little earlier in speed. If you're adding Spin in addition to Power Through then stop a little earlier in speed. If you're not doing either one then you can probably get it to 80-83 natural. Just make sure you have enough skill points for 10+ Power Through.

Yeah... works great for my elusive/returner... but I wouldn't put it on a PB.
