Aldean's music isn't garbage. It's not pop music either. It's pop country and that's how you make more money and get hot chicks to come to your show.
I've seen aldean, luke bryan, zac brown band, and blake Shelton. Aldean and Luke bryan has the hottest chicks. Zac brown had old people, and Shelton had everything including little kids who watches the voice

I play with some local Bluegrass friends myself and think of that more as country than some of the current country crop. A lot of them sound more like old southern rock than country. Things have changed a lot over the years and stuff they call country now they would not have 30 years ago.
