Some small tweaks aren't going to reel back in all the people that have left. Probably not even keep the ones they still currently have.

To the op, sounds like a good way to give more power to alliances unfortunately.

Ok. #1, ain't none of this about reeling in people... either ones gone or ones that aren't here yet.
#2, Alliances? Seriously? I'm an alliance of one with friends in several. But this isn't going to make them "powerful" either. It should work just like training 'breakthroughs'. You don't know WHEN... you don't know WHO... so you can't game it. It's just something that causes minor changes from season to season (concerning endorsement EQ) and minor "LOOK WHAT I GOT!" to dot builders that roll for their AEQ. And, as I said, it shouldn't happen often (AEQ) and should be random (endorsement) enough that you can't plan around/for it. But it SHOULD cause some small changes in the game that being some diversity. Right now you have the same thing over, and over, and over, and over, and over. That's stagnation. I'm simply trying to offer a little 'difference' to the routine. That's all.

1 was in response to everyone thinking this idea would generate people into liking this game again.

As far as 2 goes you obviously haven't thought this through very well.

In season endorsements go to every team so it really doesn't matter.

MVP Endorsements already get gamed by people in alliances.

Special AEQ will ESPECIALLY get gamed to all one team.

I mean come on. I am all for neat new stuff but the writing was on the wall before you even fully typed this idea out.

If the MVP WINNER doesn't get the MVP gear (which happens a LOT). then how can you 'game' who gets what? I just don't get that. Not saying you don't have a point... but saying you don't explain it very well (or well enough that I understand it anyways). And I also didn't differentiate between MVP gear and 'In Season Endorsements'. If there's a major issue with MVP gear, then fine. Leave that out of the equation. But surely the 'in season endorsements' could be tweaked in the manner I described. As I said... bring the ideas to the table and we'll have something. Anything is better than nothing at all except the same ol' same ol'.

You don't have to game who gets the MVP gear. You just have to put together a guy who has that gear on one team. Hence why Alliances strengthen with shit like that. Do you think it is just coincidence DS had an MVP QB on their best team every single season?

I like the ideas of change. But this kinda stuff only strengthens the aspect of the good guys beating up the the average guys even more.

Ok. I see. So long term gear (Like MVP gear) can be acquired by simply signing the dot with the gear. Ok... still makes in season gear viable as an option then. And I still like the 'rolling for AEQ' sneaky extra nice bonus (like a +5 instead of a +3)... but it should happen pretty rarely so it's not an insane thing.
