I have to say, it took forever, but when they got around to it. Support fixed my situation completely.

For the record, euchrid resolved another support issue for me in a very timely manner yesterday. Pretty sure it was under 24 hrs from ticket to resolution.

Aww... do like support does and don't listen to these mooks, BadBuc. Yer ok. Crazy as a loon but ok. 
As for support. I've had it both ways. Mostly getting timely responses but, now and then, I have to re-submit or PM a 'question' about it. Like anything else in life you get out of it what you put into it. You send them a profanity laced tirade about how GLB sucks and nobody loves you... well... don't expect a "sweetiekins" reply. Just know humans are involved and, like ALL of us, occasionally need a prod or two now and then. Just deal with it and move on. There's much more important stuff in life to get bent about. GLB isn't one of those things.
