Same here. The longest it's taken them to respond to one of my tickets was 45 minutes.

I don't get the 45 minute thing anymore.. but mine have always been addressed within 2-4 days.

This reminds me of back when we had a team waiting list and most people messed up. I could sell a team back, turn around and buy another 5 minutes later and other people could never buy one team because the options were too hard for them to understand.

Do Bugs Mods exist any more, or do all bugs reports get directed straight into the "trashed forum"?

Submitted a bug report on April 4th. Zero responses yet. If you aren't going to address reports submitted via the Bugs tab, then just take it offline.

Hell, even a response of "Screw off, we don't take bugs reports any more" would be fine. Just something to show you are alive.

I think a lot depends on how you express your request.

Yeah, my ticket headers are like "Hello awesome sirs and/or ma'ams".

Euchrid has been doing a good, timely job with my requests this offseason. Pretty sure it is only him doing them now

For as crappy as some things on here are a lot of times I can completely agree with this. I've never had an issue with Euchrid.

It may be "just him" right now. But, yes.... he's doing all he can to get things done in a timely manner.
