To a point there isn't a wide range of build quality across the dots you generally get in WL, most agents who don't spend all their time in minor leagues can build decent dots at this point. Sure there are still agents who will always have superior dots but the game is still more about AIs and the occasional cares than it is about builds.

I was on 14 different WL teams a couple of seasons back, so pretty much anyone should be able to get a WL gig.

In today's free agency market, a big part of being in the WL is, being in the WL. The vast majority of dots wont sign with a pro team until they feel the WL option is gone.

Mine were all young. Now that they only have a single season of plateau left, I don't care who gets them.

I simply don't have enough resources to make sure all my dots will have a quality WL experience. The numbers game is great when you have a ton of level 79's, but when you only have a few you end up caring a lot more about opportunity and performance on a dot-by-dot level.
I look at it from just the opposite viewpoint--what few dots I build I want them tested at the highest level possible. Putting up big games at the Pro and lower levels just doesn't deliver the satisfaction that it does in the World League.

That is almost how I am TBH
There are a couple of agents I would consider signing to them team for if in WL, and only 1 WL team I would sign any dot with if requested , no questions asked

Well I have 3 dots in WL. My DT and DE are 1,500+ 3 AEQ builds. My QB is 1,700+ 4 AEQ.
I've never had a player in WL. Is there some kind of bonus for playing at the top level?
