I'd buy:
Land; and build a nice house/cabin on each. One here in the Midwest, one in the mountains of Wyoming or New Mexico, and one somewhere in the South (let the wife choose that one).
Build a vintage motocross track and a Observed Trials course on each. Plenty of room for hiking, hunting, and fishing too.
Cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, guns, and jewelry for the wife.
Travel extensively, give money to people that don't like me, buy better health insurance, and hire a personal trainer.
I don't think I'd buy GLB, but I would consider looking into semi-pro football or maybe a baseball team.
