You need to make your players in the Pre season Day 41 is the best day to make a player.
PeeWee player's can not boost until the season starts putting them 3 Lv's behind most other player's. That is why 95% of PeeWee player's get retired at the end of the season.

Regular teams ? !! Still make your player in the Pre season BUT Boost him Before !!!! the Regular season starts. This will make him the right LV for Long term teams to be interested.
Then you should have the option to boost again once the REG season starts. FREE player's are great for long term dots.

While PeeWee is good for making a lot of Different player's or Perfecting a build of your Favorite player type. I sometimes get Board with my long term dots.

Any way IF you are interested in PeeWee I would need to know what position you want to play ? The Forum shows what spots are open.
also player's LV up fast in PeeWee you would need to check in every couple of days to spend your Pt's. While Long term dots after a season of to they require less attention.

Seems like a pretty good coordinator. Had a pretty solid team in PWS. I'd suggest him if you want to build some NO/NO dots.
