Got 20 players signed as of now!
Lots of room for more. Also have a few others that have committed Dots to the cause. Now's the time to claim those open glamour positions. If you like offensive stats, you're going to get them here!
I have guides for Player Start-Ups, as well as thru their entire careers. I have guides for VA Points Distribution for every position including ST's. You'll have to commit a couple of hours reading time!
I a firm believer, that Great Player Builds is what makes successful teams. An OC only has control over what plays are called and when. To do their best to put the team in scoring positions. OC's can not make players throw the ball, or catch the ball, or make Jukes and Fakes. DC's can't help them make tackles, or deflections of passes, or getting pancaked! These are all things that Great Builds take care of.
Play calls by the OC and DC's are just that, Play Calls!
Players, they are the ones who have to and must execute the plays.
Players Builds will be the Main Focus of this team. Any questions will be answered. Plenty of advise will be floating around. Builds will be open to team mates, to share amongst ourselves, to help keep training moving toward our ultimate builds possible.
I'm thinking of naming Squad Captains such as: QB/RB/FB Captain, TE/WR Captain, O-line Captain, D-line Captain, LB's Captain, and DB's Captain.
These Captains will play major roles in dealing with the less experienced Dot Builders. They will be responsible for carrying out the wishes of the OC and DC for the developement of each architype to their requirements for us to have the best chance of success when they enter games.
I want to make this team so good, it won't matter what plays are called, any of them will work!!
The secret will be found in the builds!
