Actually, both of your dots are in Plateau. Once your dots reach 281 days old (which would've happened to your dots on Day 1 of this season), they enter Plateau and stop getting Training Points. So, working as intended, actually. There's literally nothing for you to be really pissed about.
I think your dots start getting TPs again once they enter Decline (481 days old), but I generally don't let my dots enter Decline, so I could be wrong on that.
