Depends on the flex you want to spend. I feel it's fine to go with a CB. IMO, I wouldn't ever make a WR returner because eHBs are a much better option for the same cost . They have better SAs (and favored SAs). eHBs can be used on offense, especially early and a backup if needed later. WRs are useless on offense unless you play them out of position and take the penalty, which is significant in the pros.

It's a LOT harder to get a free HB than a free WR though. Free WRs are easy to get. Free HBs... not so much.

free hb is easy. you just have to be day 40 between 00:00 and 00:01. easy peasy.

Yup. If you can swing the WR as a free player, then it's about equal all things considered. If not, the CB is good enough. Doubt you can make the HB a freedot because of how many get made (same with QB's).

This thread is stupid. Create an HB elusive or a CB returner. Either you can afford the 300 or you can't. WRs are for people who are stupid enough to waste the flex on a dot that won't do as well as an HB.
