Yes, although Madden's explanation would've probably taken 10 minutes longer.

ya see, in order to win, the qb has to get the ball into the endzone. either by running it, handing it off to a rb or throwing it to a te/wr. if the qb cant get the ball into the endzone his offense is in for a long ride with no points.

Not bad, although I think it needed a couple of "BOOM" sounds in there, maybe a reference to turducken, and the occasional stammer or stutter. Add that and you're golden.

So what you're saying is ... if we score more points, we have a better chance of winning. I HAVE to pass that on to my team, here we were trying not to do that.

Seriously though, we are a joke. I wonder if it's our GM or anyone like that. I hate to point fingers, but I know I've been updating my guy but we can't win at all.

I'm getting to the point where I want to be traded. I mean I don't take this too seriously where I feel it's something like the superbowl, but I don't want to be on a last place team that's going nowhere. That's no fun at all.

In order to win a football game you have to score more points than the team you're playing after the 4th quarter is over and in order to do that you need to move the football across the goal line more times than the other team and hopefully the referee doesn't throw a flag because if the referee throws a flag and he didn't make a mistake then there's probably-there's probably gonna be a penalty on the play or you just need Brett Favre if you have Brett Favre then you automatically score more points than the other team because Brett Favre has the greatest torso in football and that's how you win a football game.

This might be respectable if Capone were on your team.

Capone is a really good player in the conference, Keith was just making an observation. I am a fan of Capone, and so is Keith....rodriguez if you ever wanna work out a deal, Im all ears :-D

The whole Chad Hall thing is a little annoying to some of us that dont buy into the whole self gratifying thing, I think my team is very good, one of the best in the conference, nobody can honestly say they "want" to play the Nudists now, they are the hottest team in the conference. I also have a secondary full of studs and a very good level 21 corner I own myself, but you dont see me or anybody else stirring up fake drama on the message board for attention, I mean Chad Halls owner is a GM over there, still...almost makes you think the whole thing was pre meditated for attention, and they got alot of that and now Chad Hall should just be walking around with an X on his chest and I am sure I am not the only owner who feels that way.

Hmm, I only do it becuase I dont have my team in the USA BBB anymore it was always fun to Have my rivalary with the Cajuns.

Now that I have a player I do it to get a rise out of everyone in order to make the game a little bit more intersting.

It Should be a good game.

That is awesome!! LMAO! So true, its time he retired before all he does is mumble football, which he almost does now anyways.

Funny you should mention that... There's reports out that Favre is talking about not retiring.

Here is my take, rather than leaving the team, ask the owner to help out as a GM. Believe me, any team can become good in this game. You need to create a vibe, convince some good owners to commit players to the team. Networking is very important in this game. Sometimes you have to cut your losses and rebuild. Honestly, I hate the trend of players leaving losing teams for winning squads. Its tough to manage a team and all its personalities, your owner has high level players that aren't on his team. He's giving guys a chance to play. In a season or two there will be a log jam of players all at about the same level. This is when tactics and solid builds will shine through. It takes committment to get there. Stick by your squad, if you are committed and your committment transfers to the betterment of your squad, the wins will be more fulfilling and you'll have the satisfaction of having a good player on a good team you helped bring to fruition.

Trust me I don't want to be the guy that jumps ship just to be on a winning team, but I want to be on a team that plays at least. I'm not even sure if our owner is doing anything. No emails no posts on our forums, it's pretty lame.

One of our GMs seems to have a good time with this , but I just don't get that feeling from the rest of the team. I think that's what makes it the least amount of fun. I wouldn't mind losing, as long as there was some comradery with the rest of the team.

It's tough to run on Seattle, but to my own surprise, it is possible.

Running on Coruscant this season, that might appear to be impossible

Uh, might appear to be? I nearly shat myself whenever we had a positive gain running the ball on them this year.
