Well, that's why you want your team to be in Elite. That's where you find teams and owners who actually give a damn and know what they're doing, and where you'll find enjoyable, competitive dotball. Outside of Elite... well... it's mostly terrible teams in Competitive and Regular, so nobody really cares what goes on in those league.

On the plus side, since Competitive leagues are so awful, you should be able to win a lot of games pretty easily, which will put you in Elite next season. Things will be a lot more enjoyable for you there... though things will also be a lot more challenging there as well.

Stat whoring has been around for ages as everyone has already said. Football has no place for it sooooo do football, fun and the game and the whores will be behind you in time.

If this game is/was/is still fun for you.....its one of the things to deal with

When the roster is shit it's hard to prove that a team is padding stats. That's why if it is a rule by that interpretation it's pretty unenforceable. My understanding of the rule is admins considering two teams colluding to help a dot amass stats is what is considered stat padding. One team spamming a dot is easy to stop.

The same "group" in question spammed a rushing QB in my team's conference a few seasons ago. He was averaging hundreds of yards a game and a ridiculous YPC. When he played my team we held him to something like 2.8 yards per carry. I wasn't pissed at them but rather a number of indifferent or incompetent DCs in our conference that allowed that dot to pile up all those stats.
