It is annoying also since the cookies don't work to fill in the user id and password anymore. I'm always on the phone so it takes more time to login and now I have to do it twice. Now I just don't bother to click on a link on the "other" website.

why should we have to be proactive to counter their error? we're the customers? do you want to have to give your customer information to your phone company twice through two different phone numbers just to find out that you still need to pay the bill?
