DD making threats of banning if certain threads were derailed or trolled at all is one example though.

When the forums merge I do know that a lot of the things those users are known specifically for doing a lot of will be definitely not condoned in either the GLB1 or GLB2 main/FAQ/Suggestion forums. But the league forums sound like they will be more relaxed to rip on each other again without constant moderating. (barring harassment and such.) Everyone will have to be more well behaved around these parts. (yes, including me )

I can say this about Dub J's absence, the activity in the GLB forum's has been terrible unless you are one of the people involved in the GLB2 thread.

I don't belong to the lounge so it really hasn't effected me at all. Though I do miss Dub.

so flaming in league forums will be tolerated more, but less in GLB main?

I am in the lounge, but have only made comments on a couple of posts, both of which were to limit the amount of posts that TN and Dahman could make.

I can't say the harassment has increased.
They took away my sub name but I probably deserved that!

I am still a bit uncertain how far you can go, but I would imagine it would be along the lines of FFA type rules in leagues. I believe it gets a bit crazy in there sometimes. I don't really hang out in FFA to know much about it though.

PLease don't let the league forums get like FFA. That forum is as tasteless, classless, and clueless as a forum could get.

I have a list of all the troublemakers on GLB, I call it my friends list.

I was using FFA more as in that forum I generally see people talking a lot of crap to one another. I believe a similar threshold would be in the leagues as well. I don't know for sure though. From what I have read I still have some questions on it myself. But the league forums will hopefully be more like they were without moderators needing to step in much.
