Pretty soon everyone will be playing GLB 2 so it will be easy to build WL dots because the numbers of teams will go down drastically. In a couple of seasons after GLB 2 starts, I'll bet GLB 1 will have trouble getting 16 top teams into WL.
Young teams are already disbanding and agents retiring dots in anticipation of the start of GLB 2.
