Technique Man build would have really high natural Agility (100 minimum) plus a good portion of his EQ there. Typically would also have high speed , enough strength to try and avoid revcakes and decent vision to get off the snap

Most LTs I have seen have upwards of ~115 agi.. How will dot get the techman bonus if it is an RDE.

I've never had a WL OT so I don't know , but I would guess they put MOST of EQ into Strength. I've known some that where 3AEQ to make their basic EQ +10 Agility and rest Strength (even pass blockers)
I think the reason is to avoid getting knocked on their ass, but like I stated I aint never had an OT in WL so I'm purely specualting

couple of Q%A's ago Bort leaked some info on RunBlocker SA, it's pretty good SA to have for all blockers and not even penalized on pass block arche (like pass blocker is penalized on a run blocker arche)

and actually if 105 o-line agility, defender would need 116 agility for TecMan to fire. I always assumed most of those o-linemen had at least +10 in their EQ plus maybe the Quick VA , giving them around 112 agility, so defender would need 124+ agility for tech man. I try to aim for 130 w/EQ on my TechMan dots because of that.
