No/No's can win rookie and prep. Uni and above it's close to impossible. At least, in competitive/elite.

As for how.... multi train right away and focus on winning those first couple seasons.

My Gravediggers won silver in Regional Minors as a fully non-boosting team

no/no teams can win up through Reg Minors if they fall to the bottom leagues (not comp/elite)

I think the OP was asking more about the "how" specifics, which is tough to answer without knowing the planned lifespan of the dots. there are at least three leagues running now for no-no dots, one is 3 seasons (Monster Football League) and one is 6 seasons (Regular League Underground). Fairly different build plans for those two. there's also (Casual) League Underground where, again, I assume the builds are slightly different (as would be the roster make-up).

All of these have private forums that are open to join. there's info in those forums that could help answer the "how' of building.

No No is a factor of AI and scheme....Kinda like doing a full squad of SA dots...they go for a while and do very well...to make it to regional for no no is pretty damn good though

My ILOF team was 16-0 and 0:08 from winning the CC. But it is pretty much impossible to win competive university and up leagues. By university you start getting crushed on STs and offense is rough.

Beat some pretty good teams last season on way to the Univ Comp 2 title, before the reset for the current Monster League cycle.

After the first 3 seasons, it's hopeless as others have said though. Really the only chance is while the booster squads are actually at a disadvantage due to their higher speed + still horrid vision. All rookie/prep/uni dots are idiotic on defense - the nonboost dots don't fly QUITE so far out of position once they fail their vision rolls at least.

I like to get mine to the third cap on their primary and then cap their next 3 for starters.

Essentially you just stop shorter on caps than you would a booster.
