The idea behind GLB2 is that it is more of Bort's cleaner vision of what he wants GLB to be and not a stockpile of coding suggestions that GLB1 became.

It looks way to busy IMO. Maybe if the legs were stationary it would look better.
At the moment it's very accessible to larger audiences. There's no training, alg's, equipment, complicated tactics, math, etc and if you screw up you can respec your player.
tbf thus far without knowing more than what is being said it sounds more tactically complicated than glb 1.0 without all the opening busy work. at least imo.
