I think we are better without it. Recruiting is hard enough.

The only problem with cash before was it was set up in a system that was exploitable as hell. Having cash buy players cars, homes, night clubs, sweet avatars, ect... would be pretty awesome. Other stuff like coming out with clothing lines, energy drinks, and shit would be cool too. Could have cash buy R&D for their products and such.

It's not cash that was bad. It was having equipment that needed to be bought with cash that was terrible.

That and trading players for cash was totally exploitable.
You could recruit, sign and trade a player to someone else for cash all in the same day.
You could roll players, sign them to your team and then trade them for cash, all in the same day.
A few holes.

My rookies make minimum wage if you count a season to be a year in a dots life. Making him raise children and feed his family on tgat could be interesting.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Let us have BLING for our dots to buy. A kind of superfluous junk we could deck out dots out with. OR... as agents for our dots, let US have the bling. New car... caviar... 4 star daydream... think I'll buy me a football team.

the first one... to some people

as for the topic in the OP... there's be a ton of suggestions about what to do with player cash... I think it was a bigger heart ache for everyone involved when it was very important... and now it's just useless... I wouldn't mind a middle ground, but I don't want to see it become the key determining factor in where you play

100% agree and I think everyone else does too. I remember back when I first played, cash and training were a main reason I quit. Now its just useless as you said.

Those weren't blank posts, they were "wild" posts... like in scrable. I was really enjoying what they had to say, even if I was having to make it up for them.

actually it's not funny it's a bannable offense (except in FFA)

maybe you should go re-read you mod rule book and do your job.

Looks like a warning to me, though a proper warning includes a reference to the punishment imo.

very well... since I wasn't trying to sounds like I was uptight or something... Let me rephrase

official warning to everyone in post, do not post blank posts or discuss said blank posts again. I try to issue in thread warnings for small things rather than just click ban... but this topic should be dropped or it'll be hit with a d2 (blank posts) or a d7 (general minor).

All future posts should be on topic (relating to player cash)
