Sometimes it's a "thick skin" thing, and sometimes it gets out of hand and or too repetitive. If somebody calls you stupid in a thread, it's likely it gets overlooked, now if they are shown to run around and call people stupid all day long I would think most mods would have a PM conversation with them, if it continues on after that then we'd use the suspension system.
