I dunno about least talent (but probably), but definitely least cares and gameplanning.

No way the least talent - I remember some of the first seasons I had SSM in WL, we were horrible

I'd say talent was down this year compared to the last 2-3 seasons, but not more

Performance was a whole other issue, with some potentially good teams, not doing much
