if i enhanced his attributes more (only 2 starred and 1 starred some stuff), i couldve gotten his stats slightly higher. Im really relying on juke to work often as well since i bought AEQ for it just for some fun.

Shouldve went with
BT%
BT%
Power Through
Spin

but i have a juke piece instead of another BT% but im changing my CE to BT% instead of spin. if he had 100 strength, 95 carrying, 90 agility and maybe a touch more speed, i wouldve been ecstatic. but ive learned from my mistakes and ill make Turner 2.0 better. He does perform very well though. Really hoping i can find a WL team for him in s37 to see him go up against the best of the best.

Obviously it depends a lot on the type of LB/CB. If they're playing on wrap up and have decent tackling then it takes a fair amount of str + cry. Not 188, but probably something like 160: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=3801129

also, without fake chance aeq and more vision, 6 juke won't do much

he'll have 8 juke and 10 spin or something.

i dont need it to fire a whole lot but if it did sometimes against DEs that would be phenomenal.

I'm attempting a pure screen WR http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4361153

not turning out as good as I hoped but has a chance

ummm you would have an elusive build instead of a powerback. pretty simple. people have been building them for 30+ seasons now. the spin mechanics dont change downfield. they might get easier against certain defenders but since the new building method there arent tons of players out there with terrible tackle rolls and they all have 1-2 make tackle pieces, sure tackler...why do ya think spin wrs are the complete suck now?

you also have to take into effect Power back vs elusive back and slippery and bruiser.... a power back is/should be rolling with bruiser which is limited to 8 yards, slippery has 0 restrictions, so youre elusive back is getting a BT bonus downfield where your bruiser powerback gets no added BT bonus in terms of "downfield spin"

Nothing, it was a thread about mechanics. PT rolls before spin rolls - game mechanics. Nice dot btw, I've got one similar coming up but built WAY different.

well he asked for spin, so i showed him my dot. He usually spins if he is a few yards past the LOS but always power throughs near the LOS. a lot of fun to watch even if he isnt a very good dot.

as for your dot, i have one like that on my team. not as well built as yours but same concept. going to be a beast when its all done. your dot is a fucking monster

You guys are making me want to add PT to my HBs end build plans - http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4324012

...yep, I'm gonna do it.

Well, I have ~63 more SPs to work with. I plan to soft cap stamina and get strength to 81, then put the remaining 35 or so SPs into SAs, it might be a better idea for me to leave strength alone if I want to get PT involved.

Which would produce more iyo, 78 Strength and 8 PT or 81 Strength and 6 PT?

i would take the 8 power through. why only go to 48 stam? seems pretty low for me even with 3 HBs but i also dont know anything.

but i think 8 in PT would be better. wait till someone who knows builds posts though, dont want to give the wrong idea.

I'd go with 78 and 8 as well.

Especially since it's a penalized SA

At this point it would take ~35 SPs, over half of the remaining SPs, to get stamina to the 3rd cap. Risk/Reward leans more towards the SAs than stamina imo. I plan to get it as high as possible though.

2nd cap. 3rd is 68. That build doesn't need to worry about Power Through since it's penalized and you only have high 70s strength. If you don't get stamina above 49 then you're going to waste some of that speed you worked so hard to get.
