Unless you have a shitty reputation and aren't willing to put in the work, an owner can definitely keep a casual roster full

ehh not really. look at all the good builds. *no reg pro, no casual. Top pro/WL only.
thats what most good ads always say. seems nearly impossible to keep 55 guys on a roster at cas pro level.

Not everyone cares about WL, just saying. I have one dot in WL and couldn't care less if I get another there or not.
And the only reason that dot is WL is because bolick felt bad for me lol.

JD making dreams come true for one agent a time. JD still owes me a trip to WL since he cut my LB after he got him back to WL.

but back to my point, its still incredibly difficult to have a 55 man roster in cas pro. i cant even imagine being a random agent and trying to do it.

back to my first point in this post though. fuck you jd.

I agree with you on PeeWee, but not on casual. Only reasons are: #1, PeeWee is a good place to "get your feet wet". You don't have to stay there and it's a good place to learn. That said, if he already has his coaches lined up, then he's probably got some good people to guide him along the way already on board. So, that'd be casual vs regular leagues... and more people build for regular leagues than casual... so more dots available to recruit from. IMO.

My point was that as the OP wants a regular rookie team, he needs to buy a regular team.

I have nothing against casual or pee wee.

Also, be ready to make a ton of players if you cannot fill the team.

If your team is unsuccessful and unfilled, you will begin losing players very quickly.

Have a plan to win long-term or have a plan to win right away and then rebuild AND let your players know what the plan is. You can be a great team who wins games from rookie right through to the WL, or you can be a team that wins championships in the first three seasons and then becomes more and more irrelevant thereafter.

Let your team know that you have already made a significant investment in the game and in the team and that you have the resources to carry the team going forward.

With proper recruiting I have faith he can fill a roster.

I am filling the coordinator spots and have some of my GLB friends filling roster spots. I figure about day 30 I will hit the recruitment threads with coordinators in place and a game plan to fill roster spots. I am also figuring on filling some of the hard to find positions with my own dots. Kind of figured going into this that I would make 5-6 dot if needed. Currently have CFO/STC/OC filled maybe on the DC still working that one, but I do have a dai that has been committed the agent just isn't sure if he has the time to be DC. With a little work and to quote the Beattles "a little help from my friends" I think it will come together
