What are u trying to say with those 2 losses? Neither of those teams u lost to boosted....so that really discredits matchups and means u just lost. Maybe were missing something here but that's what happened.

When I say matchups, I don't mean boosted or unboosted, that is a big deal, but not what I meant.
It is dot on dot in rookie, whoever can put their dots in the best place for success will win, even if they are poorly built.

In those 2 team links, you see the 2 losses from similar reasons, arguably if you discredit the score and the other teams stats from TDRC game (1st link), it looked like we played a p good game. However, Glory played a much better one, and where does my matchups statement come in? Take a quick glance at how they attacked us through the air.

Most everyone only has a bit invested in their primary in rookie. It's not as if this dot doesn't have enough of this or another dot doesn't have enough of that. Not a single dot has enough of anything in rookie to be going on about "match ups".

Truly foolish for a Peewee man like yourself to say something like that.

Powerback vs. man coverage MLB. Who wins?
Possession WR vs. Man coverage CB. Who wins?

All of these are matchups you consider when you are making your roster, and making the gameplan for your team.

If I have 1 pHB and 1eHB, and I see the entire secondary I am going against is full of HH builds. Will I rush the pHB into the strength only LBs? Or will I run my eHB to the outside.

Matchups.

PW and rookie have very little (if anything) in common. And no, I'm not a "peewee man".

And what kind of numbnuts has an entirely HH secondary?

And most decent defenses rarely allow true one on one match-ups.

As far as "strength only" LBs, you can run pretty much anything around them because they won't be able to make the play unless they are lined up right on the point where the HB hits the line because they can't get anywhere.

PW and rookie have more in common then they don't, in terms of playcalling and playstyle.
HH Secondary - http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=131 - 6-1 in rook 1.

Thanks for assisting in proving my point. Now since this is established. Would it make sense to run a powerback between the tackles? Or to run an elusive outside?

Matchups. (Obviously, this is a rather extreme case I'm using to prove my point.

You GM/Own 7 teams. 5 of them are rook/peewee.

You are a peewee man. If not what are you?

You're always arguing with somebody. Why don't you re-direct your energy into playing better dotball?

Not only that, but even as HH builds in the secondary most people go speed first so they'll still get ran over just like a man to man CB.

I see -0- sense in upping a minor first. When good plays will keep most offenses you meet in check.

I am using basically the same AIs in rookie as I'm using in PW.
