Not sure the KR slider is the way to go for deciding to run it out or not. The choice isn't usually about how deep they might be in the endzone but what they see in front of them.

Maybe just a simple 3-choice structure like some other tactics options -

RETURN INTERCEPTIONS FROM OWN ENDZONE?

Always try to return it
Sometimes try to return it (maybe use a vision check?)
Never try to return it

We see few big int returns in RL due to defenders having to jump, dive, take weird angles, tip passes, etc., leading to all sorts of off balance catches, falling down, catching passes in crowds, and the likes. Not to mention, receivers react to the ball, and often times to the defender if they see the pick coming, allowing them to make some sort of tackle.

Doesn't seem GLB has much in terms of those things.

+1

the problem is they always begin running directly away from the closest opponent which is usually the receiver behind them and to the outside. Really what they should do (and anyone with the ball whether O, D, or KR should do) is run straight ahead in the open field until someone in front of them threatens them from one side or another (or from straight ahead).
