Gonna add what I would see as a scout. #1, it's a HB screen and not a WR screen. Why is that important? Because it takes a little longer to set up... enough here for the sack. #2, the center doesn't pick up the NT because... for whatever reason... he goes after the DT instead. Could it be a vision bug? A bad combo of other stuff (like spot blitz and quick step causing him to think the DT is more of a threat than the NT)? Whatever it is, he clearly ignores the NT and assists the LG with blocking the DT.
This leaves the NT unblocked... and the QB waiting for the HB to reach his "spot"... and therefore you get a sack.
