Just want to point out that the thread title says "how to instigate a chat" - I should probably change it to how to instigate posting in team forums... Each team has it's own chat room now, don't forget to take advantage of that! Talking to your players in real time about games/tactics, watching the replays together etc could be very beneficial and fun!
