well he's had 6 INTs in his career, I would say that a hard hitting archetype and build for fumble wouldn't generally put itself in the position of getting interceptions at any kind of consistent rate.

for starters, Streaky = Shit

Actually it isn't really that bad for some positions...namely ST gunners imo. However Clutch is in fact a horrawefull VA, so I agree with u on that.

streaky was "good" like 8 seasons ago(or whenever it was they nerfed it)

now risk is just to high that your dot will suck for a game, not worth reward

and my dots already suck... so REALLY not worth it

damn 2 edits for that?

I used to use 1 point in streaky and it was -5% or +5%. I didn't care if the dot had a bad game, I cared that the dot was amazing when there was a good game. Useful for dots like WRs where if they suck they won't get open and won't get thrown to (compared to the other dots whose streaky might be firing positive). Let's say that you have 5 WRs and each has a 50% chance of a good day resulting in 6% increase or 50% bad day and -3%. Pretend that for some reason all five builds were identical: the odds of all five having a bad day are 3.1%. The "good day" WRs are going to be 9% better in all attributes than the "bad day" WRs. Chances are your auto adjust will find those good day WRs if you work that into your AI packages. If you combine that with slow starter you are going to have a fourth quarter advantage of up to 12% on all attributes.

If he is expressly looking to FF with the build, I gave the best advice to do that. If he was looking for an effective team player dot that perfroms well in all areas, I would need him to post the build and ask for THAT advice.

he should get 4 pieces of FF% AEQ and also add that to his CEQ, play on power tackle and max streaky then for sure

I like Clutch and Ballhawk. I also like Quick because I'm a believer in Forcing Fumbles is momentum based, and more agility, is getting to higher speeds quicker, etc. I also think the 50 Catching was a good choice as adding any possibilities for winning any random rolls is always a good thing in this crazy sim.

I think you need to get away from having more than 1-2 attribute VA's because there are so many better VA's for defensive dots (specifically safeties) than the attribute VA's.

What is your tackling tactic setting at?

Seeing your build now you are deficient in vision, you should put those VA points into football genius, that would best serve you. The extra ~5 points would be very helpful.

Also if you can switch any of your EQ to speed you should do that.
