Probably related to the utility gained from the resources put into the app.

The app itself wasn't developed well from a strategy standpoint. It sucked for current users and it wasn't anything easy enough that would really draw in new users.

I love the app for what it is. It is much more streamline when it comes to player management. That is all it does but saves me tons of time training and applying SPs and VPs.

Seems like so many other things here, it was never finished.

They should have improved it so it actually doesn't suck! But I guess GLB will always be in "beta."

Both would be incorrect assumptions. Look... I'm Mac to the core and have been ever since the TI calculators. But even I know that sometimes it simply isn't cost effective to go after every single market out there. And Mac doesn't make it easy because they're in direct competition with Microsuck. Could GLB make themselves better equipped with mac products? Sure. But I almost guarantee you it would cost them much more than they would gain from the few new users they got, or the few they'll lose if they don't.
