I can see that, but I would also think the jukes and hard plants to create the illusion of a "head fake" is all that these are.
The head simply is there, not sure any defender got caught off balanced because someone moved their head/helmet...

Someone mentioned "Body Fake"... which I think this is what some of you are considering a "head/helmet fake".

What we used to call the "shake and bake". It was a shimmy shake, and then you would bake (burn) the defender.

I'm talking about the plays you see so often now in real-life where a defender is right there and could easily wrap his arms around the ball-carrier, but instead the tackler just drops his shoulder and and rams his shoulder into the ball carrier to try to knock him over because it's easier and requires less effort than wrapping up.
