OCs as DCs aren't going to quit because they can't see player tactics.

For the most part, a good majority of the tactics are basic settings. If you can't trust the guys sounding off in the team forum to have set their players up how you've asked, you have mad trust issues.

this is sort of my thoughts as well. I have OCed since season 2 and I have never second guessed the agents on the team. I post the tactics if they use them great. if they don't then it is on them. I guess that is why I usually build most if not all players for my own teams. that way I know they are set like I want.

well first off I used to build 10 to 20 dots just to sign to peoples teams I didn't know. I did this to try to help those teams out and I would also try to share what little knowledge I had about the game with those teams to try to help them out. then I started seeing people that were supposed to be good coordinators making a ton of mistakes and then when you would try to talk to them and show them where they were making a mistake. they automatically tried to say you were not a team player or whatever. back a few seasons ago I had quite a few people bug the crap out of me each season wanting me to OC for them. I really do not know why because I am not very good in my opinion. mostly because I can't put the time in that is needed to be a top tier OC.

I swear man if this game sucks so bad why are you still here. all I ever see you post is bitching and whining. I am not trying to be a ass but if something bothered me so bad that all I could do is moan and groan about it. I would cut my damn losses and move onto something that I liked.

i OC 3 teams and DC 2. i couldnt care less about seeing people's tactics. i know the teams i coordinate for are following my tactics so this shit isnt needed.

This sure ain't an easy one, Sehorn. First of all, I completely get that many dot builders don't want this and that many others think it's unnecessary... but I've also been on teams where... due to whatever reasons... an agent has attempted to sabotage the team out of spite by taking off their EQ and messing up their settings. The EQ is easy to spot when that happens... but not the settings. Might I suggest a change to your approach? Instead of allowing coaches to "see" the settings, how about allowing the coaches to input their desired settings onto the team page where it would show up on the roster page as a green dot (meaning settings match) or a red dot (meaning settings do NOT match)? This way agents could keep their own and coaches could see if agents are doing as asked. And, if not, then PM's could transpire and, perhaps, an agent OR a coach could be swayed on settings... giving privacy AND a team feel rather than what we have now... which sometimes leads to false accusations and bad blood on a team... which really sucks.

Grange had a good compromise awhile back where the coaches would set up the tactics they want to happen on a team page. On the agent's page there is a button that quietly and privately syncs the dots tactics with the coach's tactics. There would be an optional checkbox that would keep the dot sync'd until unchecked

and while this is actually a good idea, implementation would be a nightmare

i guess maybe the interface would look something like the quick tactics editor, except it lists all of the players on the team instead of your own players, but i dunno

Listen moron. I have had plenty of teams and plenty of players since I started in season 2.

OC's like you are the reason I don't make players for any other teams but my own.
