Well being more spread out may help people eat the cost of flex but I agree that it could be much faster without really losing anything.

Already suggested something similar, no one wanted it. Probably the same guys that are complaining about it taking too long.

I say we suggest it again then. 1 year is too damn long. 6 months seems much more reasonable. Player and team creation would go up, which would certainly help line Bort's pockets more, so win-win.

I have been saying this for some time now. It takes way too long to build a player. Cut it in half.
