And I just checked and the last day of the offseason was May 20th. big's last login was the 13th (7 days prior). If he was red at the end of last season why are you just now itching to find replacements? Should have made that decision last offseason/preseason.

Those dots are making below the minimum (thanks to a multi-season contract) and your team is currently 1-7. Not sure why you would want to bring on dots that probably aren't as good and will most likely cost your team a bit more money.

Yeah, it's been over a month since he logged on. Think he's been busy with spring practice and football clinics.

He should have took my advice and half-assed it. Just hang out at practice while monitoring GLB.

i was going to cut them and not replace them. (not even with cpu) till the offseason.

i was asking whats better for team chem- which was answered

im not cutting them to prove a point, like mentioned i held on him too long. again im cutting him to save team chem when i have a huge turnover this offseason.

and at 1-7, with replacement players (i wont find or wont be good) or computer players or keeping inactive players or no replacements theres really no difference. whats the difference between going 1-15 and 3 and 3-13, none. we all know that. even at the start of the seaon i wasnt blind to knowing it was going to be a tough season. im in a good league with half a team. ive been focusing on keeping the active players on track for high level sucess rather than even checking the box scores

i didnt cut him last offseason
1) big is my glb hero
2) i hoped he come back and fix his dots before higher levels
3) between him and his brother it would of been almost half my team, which last offseason i didnt have the time to replace compared to this upcoming offseason

I was posting what I did for the benefit of anyone in the same position. I don't want them thinking "omg! dude is red I better cut him".

Cutting a bunch of human owned players if you don't have replacements for them definitely won't make your team any better (will actually make it even worse). Not sure that you can even find 7+ replacements mid-season anyway. Especially 2 STOPS, 3 O-linemen, D-linemen, and a LB. You would basically be cutting off your nose to spite your face.

I've always thought these -0- tolerance "inactive and your cut" rules some owners have is pretty silly. You have to think about what is best for your team. Not adhering to an idiotic "rule".
