Guards don't always block defensive lineman, so you are wrong. Linebackers are a bit farther away and safeties are much farther away than defensive lineman.

I say speed is more important for pull blocks, but vision is pretty important too. The center is the anchor and supposed to call out the blitzes, but they usually have their hands full with NT's and DT's. That leaves a guard to assist in the presence of a blitzing linebacker or safety.

Had been thinking something like this, but I might drop 10 equipment points in agility (or more) to help counter Technique Man VA

Yeah, I'd put Speed #4, Vision #5, Stamina #6. However, swapping Speed and Vision with each other would probably work out okay.

I prefer Blocking at #2 and Agility at #3, but again, you'd probably do fine swapping them around with each other.

All depends on what you're trying to do.

No, we're talking about build-priority.

When you're training, the slot the attribute is in doesn't affect the training gains at all.
