I don't know of too many that do. Maybe a few noobs.

Though I don't know that 100 SP's really changes the PeeWee game all that much in the end. A bunch of balanced level 30 dots are still pretty meh and lacking a lot of ability.

After 3 seasons, players should be able to round out there builds more.

I find the whole player building process boring. It is not like you building a character to take on bigger quests. You are going to face the same players whether it be a month or 18 months.

+1 If there is no forced boosting I like this idea a lot, three seasons is a great life cycle imo.

It has been like that ever since rookies got the three extra boosts. That is really what started clearing peewee out. Why would you choose to play peewee and be behind 3 levels for your career?
