Just to elaborate on this a little bit, we agree that it's important to have ways for users to continue playing the game, even if they aren't necessarily able to make seasonal Flex purchases. Some of your ideas are very good ones, but our company may be too small to pursue them. We do have a couple items in place currently, first you can earn up to 850 Flex per season by referring friends, second we have Reward Point give-aways seasonally and through contests etc (see League Survivor), and lastly we have two free players that can be boosted at absolutely no Flex cost at all.

Edit after lock: Two free players are for agents that have been apart of the game since Beta, new agents post-Beta get one free player.
